- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Literate in SQL Accounting software
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Monitor & update system for staff daily attendance & leave approval
- Manage claims, allowance, incentive, overtime and etc.
- Set up workstations for new staff enrolment
- Organize company staff events or outings
- Managed staff welfare programs
- Assist & support Key Account and Sales team for customers orders, activations or events.
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents despatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
