Description: KPMG's IT Services Administration Assistant/Officer is responsible in handling administrative tasks, provides IT and Helpdesk administrative support for the departments. Responsibilities: Assisting in compiling periodic reports Organising, maintaining, handling, and filing all related documentation and correspondence Assisting and attending to all incoming support calls for the department Handling stationery requisition, printing, binding, and general logistics support Handling IT asset management, billings and invoicing related Assisting in providing first line technical support to users Those with IT knowledge and experience in handling PC is added advantage Any other duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements : Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity. Skilled in document management and technical support. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
