Job Description: Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their skills, experience and interest in the position. Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports. Try to ensure good experience for internal stakeholders and external candidates along the hiring process. Requirements: Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
