Job description * Management and execution of entire sourcing and recruitment process * Approach customers and provide recruitment solution to customers * Develop good relationship between client and candidate on effective business * Provide sound career advice and direction to job applicants * Sourcing potential candidates through social platforms and professional networks or direct online/ offline channels * Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria * Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews * Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details * Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events * Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesRequirements * Proven work experience as a recruitment consultant/ Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position * Strong communications (written and oral) and Interpersonal skills * Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods * Proven ability to work independently and good team player * Determined and driven to achieve sales target * Competitive and up for a challenge BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldBenefits Please get in touch with us for more information.Additional Information
