As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key driver of our revenue and growth. Your mission is to assist in the development of marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and demonstrably contribute to our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for a full-funnel strategy, leveraging your expertise in platforms like and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to identify, engage, and convert our ideal customers. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical rigor, and a strategic mindset to continuously improve our customer acquisition efficiency and prove the direct impact of marketing on our business success.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution: Work with Lead Gen specialist to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn paid media and B2B email outreach via Apollo.io.Lead Generation & Nurturing: Ensure marketing & end user assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog posts) are distributed in the right format and channel to attract and nurture high-quality leads.Mastery: Utilize Apollo.io's extensive database and over 200 filters to build highly targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas. Build and manage automated, multi-channel outreach sequences with dynamic variables and conditional logic.LinkedIn Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and optimize various LinkedIn ad formats, including Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, and Dynamic Ads. Leverage the platform's advanced targeting capabilities for precision-based marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze real-time performance data to povide actionable insights for campaign optimization. Track key metrics, build comprehensive reports, and present findings to leadership, translating data into clear business outcomes.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and content to continuously improve conversion rates and the efficiency of the marketing funnel.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close alignment with the lead generation speciliats, marketing, sales, product, and content teams to ensure seamless lead hand-offs, refine messaging, and provide feedback on market trends.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Lead Volume & Quality: Achieve a specified number of Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) quarterly.Conversion Rate: Improve the Visit-to-Lead (VTL) and Lead-to-Customer (LTC) conversion rates.Efficiency: Maintain a Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) below a target benchmark.Profitability: Achieve a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for all paid campaigns.Working ConditionsAssai Software Services offers a diverse and flexible role within a growing international organization. By closely working together, we are continuously looking for improvements, which will support our effectiveness in our roles.Additional InformationWork location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (with hybrid flexibility, up to 40% remote).Full-time employment (40 hours per week).Competitive salary package based on experience.Performance-based bonus structure (linked to KPIs).Must-Haves:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in B2B performance marketing.Expert-level proficiency in Apollo.io, including list building, data enrichment, and sequence automation.Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including campaign setup, advanced audience targeting, and optimization.Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong ability to translate metrics into actionable business insights.Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and present marketing plans to stakeholders.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with a major CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce.A foundational understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
