Care to be a part of this revolution?What you will do:Provide support on system set up, maintenance and troubleshooting across all the WorkDay modules that Klook uses [Core HCM, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Expense, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB)]Security: Manage security access and role assignmentsBIRT and Reporting: Design and build HR reports and dashboards for reporting and analysisIntegrations: Work with 3rd party vendors to manage system integrationsConduct data integrity audits to ensure a high level of data governance and accuracyPerform functional centralised transactions, such as business process management and organisation managementPartner and collaborate with functional experts from HR teams on business requirements, providing sound judgement on proposals to achieve efficient business operations and an optimal end user experienceAct as HRIS lead contact for Workday tool implementation, enhancement and integration projects; working closely with various stakeholders to manage project plans - including scoping, timelines, requirements, configuration, testing, training, release and post-release check outsContinuously learn to be able to support all WorkDay modules that Klook usesHelp with technical training and coaching of other members of the teamWhat you will need:Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineAt least 1 year of experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement, with proven track record of effective process and change managementExperience in using Workday, with good understanding of Workday concepts, capabilities and configuration (preferred but not required)Functional knowledge on HR operations and business processesAble to analyse business process requirements and translate them into Workday system configurationExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, Mandarin for liaison with regional stakeholders would be advantageousAble to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee dataKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
