- Coordinate with KAMs to directly source from customers, collate and publish POS and Secondary data on monthly (or wherever available, weekly) basis for all channels and customers.
- Manage the POS and secondary database for analytics.
- Gather reporting requirements from across region and use mix of existing templates and new designs to create standardized reports for region.
- Publish Dashboards, Flash, Updates for weekly, monthly circulation and troubleshoot any data issues.
- Over time, gain an understanding of different retail customers and key KPIs for each channel to start to provide preliminary insights and analysis to teams Performance Marketing MIS - Reporting and Analytics.
- Coordinate with performance marketing and E-Com leads to directly source from E-Com and media platforms campaign performance data.
- Build a database of performance marketing campaigns and maintain on ongoing basis.
- Gather reporting requirements from across region and use mix of existing templates and new designs to create standardized reports for region.
- As build understanding of media and platforms, begin offering preliminary insights on what performance marketing approaches are driving the biggest impact for the business and opportunities to improve Reporting Automation, Visualization, and Regional Projects Asia Shared Service Center - Associate Retail Sales and Marketing Analyst.
- Proactively explore opportunities to develop more streamlined and automated reporting options through Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with analysts in other regions or Global to implement best practices and shared toolset.
- Support ad hoc regional projects related to reporting, analytics and/or data management.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (General data collation across multiple sources and reporting).
- Strong reporting aesthetics (Dashboard and report design).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills (Interaction between multiple functions).
- Ability to manage complex data sets.
- Ability to present retail data in a simple and efficient way.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Visual Basic Application (VBA) and working with macros.
- Must be fluent in English; additionally, proficiency in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese or Korean would be a plus, but not a 'must-have.
