Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 support for Windows servers, Active Directory, and related Wintel technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor server performance and maintain system availability. Support LAN/WAN configurations, switches, routers, and firewalls. Collaborate with L1 teams for issue escalation and resolution. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Wintel and networking support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and VMware.
