Provide software installation, re-installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and configuration for Windows servers. Support Service Recipient's Service Desk and IT Asset team on the relevant task assigned related to service request and incident ticket. Administered and maintained Microsoft SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and hardware/software inventory.
