Leads and ensures adherence to the appropriate processes, sets the priorities and meets our customers OTC requirements.You will be required to focus on achieving performance objectives which are in line with the organisation's vision and overcome those obstacles that may inhibit our Water Technologies Division from achieving these business goals. You are required to:Ensure smooth end-to-end SCM operation, planning and monitoring the processes for CMS and ES of customer inquiry, inventory management, and order fulfillmentWork closely with the local sales team, Supply Chain team and other functional teams in order to streamline business processes and enhance customer partnerships to ensure that all supply chain activities are in line with business objectivesContinuous improvement of operations, resulting in cost savings and service improvementsEnsure regulatory compliance with our Water Technologies Division policies, procedures, and government regulationsShare best practices with counterparts across the region and globallyCulture is an important differentiator when it comes to businesses-it sets the tone of a company. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business
At least 2 years' experience in Inventory Planning, Logistics or Distribution. Expertise in Chemicals or
Water Treatment is an advantage
Strong knowledge and understanding of local regulations related to Chemicals
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s)
SAP Knowledge is preferred and MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) is required
Effective time management skills including sequencing of own work and resource management
Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability
