- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Kuala Lumpur team, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and external partners to strengthen Mintel's brand in the early talent space.
- Represent Mintel at career fairs and campus events to attract high-quality candidates and promote employer branding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
- Facilitate existing onboarding programs for new starters in the region
- Partner with regional People Operations and global L&D, to ensure consistency, quality, and localization across North and South APAC regions.
- Lead onboarding sessions in collaboration with functional leaders to deliver an engaging and informative new hire experience.
- Create onboarding metrics and feedback loops to continually improve the program's impact and develop new content/ programing to support the employee onboarding experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and onboarding/ early career, preferably within a regional or global organization.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones; highly collaborative and culturally aware.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to represent the People (HR) function with credibility and warmth.
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
