Management Associate (Public Relations & Strategic Communications) Perspective Strategies is introducing a Management Associate Programme (MAP) for fresh graduates and those with less than two years of relevant work experience. The MAP is an upskilling programme for graduates who aspire to build a career in public relations, branding and strategic communications. The two-year programme will allow trainees to sharpen their management and communication skills as well as, switch between multiple hats in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. It provides trainees with the responsibilities and hands-on experience that will include: Work together with Lead Consultant in managing day-to-day client servicing responsibilities (i.e. digital news monitoring and compiling media coverage reports) Support various accounts team to implement communication and PR programmes for clients, from planning stages and follow-ups, to execution and on-site event support Undertake research and/or analysis relevant to the clients' business, industries or competitors (including brainstorm sessions with team members) Undertake relationship building initiatives with media and various stakeholders (i.e; client, partners, influencers, etc.) Draft sound, credible documents such as strategy papers, media invites, press releases, corporate backgrounders, reports and other communications materials for stakeholders Administrative matters to ensure client accounts are on track (including tracking on timeline and deadlines for submission) Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor&aposs Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree or Master&aposs Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent Required skill(s): Good command of English, spoken and written Professional level of proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage Fresh graduates/Entry level or those with one - two (1-2) years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply for this Management Associate Programme (MAP) Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status Show more Show less
