Accounting Assistant

• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (LCCI holders are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (reading and writing) to communicate with clients from China.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Familiarity with standard accounting processes and systems is an advantage.

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including cash flow and financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees.
• Liaise professionally with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Support portfolio management and participate in various accounting projects.
• Keep updated on the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS fully provided in accordance with Malaysian regulations
• Travel Allowance: RM100/month during probation; increased to RM220/month upon confirmation
