Job Description Responsibilities: Manage the 3 broad pillars of our inventory function namely Inventory Acquisition Ensure optimal supply for both online & offline stores Interface with Carousell group teammates to set up acquisition channels Interface with external stakeholders to set up new acquisition channels e.g. corporate partnerships Manage existing acquisition channels e.g. Sell to Carousell on app feature Inventory Processing Handle inbound drop-offs from customers (sellers) for both online & offline channels Ensure processing standards are met across all offline stores Update and maintain SOPs for processing to optimize sales margin Responsible for the creation and upkeep of inventory processing playbook Responsible for the training of new joiners Inventory Management Ensure proper accounting of inventory Lead and manage inventory flow Liaise and coordinate quarterly stock take exercise Interface with external audit to conduct annual stock take exercise Qualifications Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalency Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role Working hours - 5 day work week (3 days in stores 11am - 9pm, 2 days in office 10am - 6pm) - flexi working hours, no fix off days - weekend sometimes - Must be available to work on occasional weekends A self-motivated achiever with a drive for success in sales Additional Information Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bharu By proceeding with your application , you are adhering to our PDPA policies.
