Job description A Shop/Retail Assistant will need to fulfil the following important duties and responsibilities to excel at their job: 1. Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors 2. Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves 3. Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for 4. Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till 5. Addressing customer complaints and inquiries 6. Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers 7. Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours 8.
