Job Description: Assist supervisor in managing inbound activities including but not limited to receiving and putaway Ensure the productivity and KPI for inbound activities are met Oversee the schedule and attendance of all employees within the department Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower Maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the entire inbound process. Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines Ensure all goods are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse Provide performance reports to supervisors for review. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned Requirements: 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in warehousing operations Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders. Intermediate computer skills such as Excel and Google Sheet. Has supervisory experience managing operators Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
