- 0 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational support roles (training provided).
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, lifting, and handling POSM materials.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English preferred.
- Forklift handling or stock system knowledge is an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Willing to work flexible hours or assist with urgent deliveries/installations when needed.
- Receive incoming goods and check quantity, condition, and accuracy against delivery orders.
- Sort, label, and store items in the designated warehouse area based on type and project.
- Pick and pack materials for outgoing deliveries according to project requirements or packing list.
- Coordinate with the driver and operations team to ensure timely dispatch and loading of materials.
- Assist in maintaining stock records and flagging low stock to the supervisor.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Handle heavy items, POSM displays, and promotional materials during load/unload.
- Support any other warehouse-related or physical setup task as assigned.
