Job Title Group Branding Manager/ Assistant Manager Reports To Head of Group Branding Role Purpose This position is responsible for ensuring the company&aposs products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers. The Group Branding Manager will be part of the Group Branding Division assisting the Head of Group Branding. Key Accountability Strategise, develop and execute campaigns to support MAG Brand awareness and/or revenue growth to ensure Brand profitability. Oversee and lead a team to ensure development and execution of MAG brand vision and strategy is aligned across the Group's channels and markets Manage and keep track of budgets with an aim to maximize cost efficiency and ROI of branding activities Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure MAG brand value proposition and strategy are consistently aligned across the Group Develop, plan and oversee go-to-market strategies and monitor brand performance and ROI across channels and markets Keep up to date with market trends and new developments by utilising the information to generate creative ideas, materials, template & collateral for the Group Partner with the advertising agency and research team to analyse data to report on Brand growth. Track & monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace to stay ahead of competition. Track, monitor, measure and report performance of all brand & marketing campaigns & awareness to assess ROI. Strategise and implement the right media and public relations mix for campaign. Qualification & Experience Degree in Brand / Marketing or other relevant field of study with minimum 4 years working experience in creative field. Years Of Experience Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing & branding from planning, strategy and ideation to execution, including art direction, brand and digital design, print, motion graphics, photography and videography, editing and production Areas Of Experience Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Experience in managing a team, good leadership skills, can work independently Attention to detail Strong writing and analytical skills Strong creative vision and understanding of brand in different spaces. Able to balance creative visions with practical business needs. Familiarity and expertise in Adobe; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MacOS, Google, Office, and other design, web, communications and photography platforms and software. Experience with social media, SEOs, Google analytics Personality Traits Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers Outstanding communication skills Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices Show more Show less
