The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue. Responsibilities Prepares and implements daily and weekly sales plan to ensure target are met. Responsible to drive product products and services by meeting with customers in a sales environment and market place. Participates in identifying new sales opportunities and follow up on sales lead. Retaining current account by building close relationship with existing customers while acquiring the new ones. Ensure invoices are collected and monitored. Prepare sales performance report regularly. Prepare tenders and quotations for submission to clients. Prepare job docket after receiving Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO). Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures. Responsible to make sales appointments and prospecting with customers. Collaborate with other teams and employee to make sure that product is available and on time for delivery such as graphic designer and production. Responsible to follow up with all customers to make sure that they are satisfied with PNMB&aposs product and services. Find new market targets and penetrates them to drive sales. Understands how to make products appeal to customer based on the environment and current trends. Uses the internet and other medium to push products to a given target market. Work with the marketing personnel, SBUs and Products Specialists to develop new sales strategies. Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in (Printing Technology, Business Admin, Public Admin & Marketing) or equivalent Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
