Position Summary: The Commercial Manager will oversee and manage the commercial aspects of local projects in Malaysia. This role requires collaboration with sales managers to understand customer commercial needs, handle bid responses, cost accounting, and provide commercial decision support to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves managing commercial information on ongoing projects, gathering competitor information, and handling internal commercial approval processes. Key Responsibilities: Tender Project Operations: Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer commercial requirements. Handle commercial aspects of customer bids, including producing commercial SOC (Statement of Compliance) and completing commercial clarifications. Conduct cost accounting based on project scale and produce profit and loss statements as well as Bills of Quantity (BOQ). Provide commercial decision support to stakeholders. Daily Responsibilities: 1. Commercial Information Management: Organize and manage commercial information for ongoing projects in Malaysia. Establish commercial information archives for each operator and project, including but not limited to, total product prices, quotation structures, product unit prices, and key contract terms. 2. Competitor Information Management: Collect and organize commercial information of competitors. 3. Internal Processes: Handle internal commercial approvals and related processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in a project-based environment. Strong understanding of tender processes and bid management. Excellent financial and cost accounting skills. Ability to gather and analyze commercial information effectively. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Having work experience with software in the telecommunications or Cloud product industry is preferred.
