- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with business units to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Experience working in the retail industry is preferred.
