JOB PURPOSE Responsible for driving the various teams - both internal and external - to execute the Global Master Data Governance Framework and technology solution within the transformation Business Technology scope. This position is responsible for all activities including confirming technical requirements and specification, system integration, drive teams to deliver according to the program plan, proactively mitigating risks, and managing the overall solution design & operationalize the Master Data Governance process. As part of operational activities, this position is a Subject Matter Expert related to Master Data domain which includes governance process in 6 key domains (Finance, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and R&T). Also responsible to review and assess on data issues including any change request related to additions, changes, block/delete relating to data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to execute the Global Master Data Governance Framework, Process and Master Data Management Strategy. Work with MDG Manager, Global Business Process Owners, Business Functions and Group BT stakeholders to define solution, deployment, operationalize and governance requirements for Master Data Governance related activities. Partner with internal and external solution teams to deliver technology solution on time and with quality required. Responsible for day-to-day operation for Master Data Governance activities. Subject matter expert on Master Data by providing support to Business for issue or request relating to Master Data for all the data within the various functions in PLI (specialized in any one of the key areas Finance, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and R&T). Ensuring quality and consistency on data dictionary and data standards. Analyze impact assessment on Master Data for any change request of Master Data or S/4 HANA change has impact to data. Review data related new/change request - identify if the new/change request is valid i.e. to align current practices to data standards. Analyze and propose ownership on data domains for new data object being introduced. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences or other relevant technical disciplines from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 - 8 years experiences in Business Technology function of which at least 2 years of experiences in Master Data Governance domain. Must have managed at least one cycle of Master Data Governance implementation projects. Demonstrate ability to manage geographically distributed teams in multi-vendor environments. Strong business application management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects & operations simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing solutions and solving problems. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals. Experience with managing global business application support organizations, including change control process and activities. Good appreciation of business processes and different ERP solutions and involved in cross module integration activities.
