- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Additional vocational training or certification in relevant fields such as production management, manufacturing technology, or administrative studies added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with production processes, inventory management, and documentation procedures is preferred.
- Experience with data entry and computerized systems commonly used in manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or production management software is advantageous.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Must understand and able to speak Chinese.
