  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional vocational training or certification in relevant fields such as production management, manufacturing technology, or administrative studies added advantage.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with production processes, inventory management, and documentation procedures is preferred.
  • Experience with data entry and computerized systems commonly used in manufacturing settings.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or production management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Must understand and able to speak Chinese.
TanggungjawabData Entry: Inputting production data, such as quantities produced, materials used, and equipment downtime, into computer systems or spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner.Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular counts, and reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and records.Order Processing: Processing production orders, including picking materials, scheduling production runs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion.Documentation: Maintaining production records and documentation, such as work orders, production reports, and quality control documents, in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Scheduling: Assisting production managers in creating and maintaining production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while optimizing resource utilization.Quality Control: Participating in quality control activities, such as inspecting finished products for defects, recording non-conformances, and assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Communication: Liaising with production staff, supervisors, and other departments to relay information, address issues, and ensure smooth workflow and coordination.Equipment Monitoring: Monitoring production equipment and machinery for proper operation, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.Assistance with Production Tasks: Providing support to production staff as needed, including preparing materials, operating machinery, and performing other tasks to help meet production goals.Compliance: Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all times to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Manfaat
