Job Summary : To ensure the TUI Airlines Holidays business operates efficiently and in compliance with all relevant industry, legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards across global markets. This person will serve as the focal point for identifying process improvements and assuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Ownership of compliance register with regular management reporting on risk assessment Perform regular audits / checks on compliance and underlying processes / SOPs (audit calendar) Monitor and track compliance requirements across: IATA, ADA, EU regulations (e.g. GDPR, PSD2), local tourism/consumer laws Source market-specific rules (e.g. DOT for US, EU Package Travel Directive, Australian consumer protection, etc.) ISO 27001 certification requirement ATOL audit requirements Any other applicable regulations that may be applicable to TUI AH's business Serve as liaison with TUI Group SMEs, Legal, and Compliance teams to receive updates on requirements and changes. Benchmark industry best practices and orchestrate fit for purpose solutions for TUI AH Owner of correct T&Cs across all selling mediums Ownership of compliance and risk related reporting to Group Process Improvement & Project Coordination Continuous monitoring of business processes and identifying inefficiencies or risks Structuring and prioritization of improvement projects based on impact and feasibility Executing or overseeing execution of these projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Coordinating with internal / external teams Defining and tracking KPIs Driving change adoption through clear communication, documentation and training SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS 5-7 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal coordination, or a project coordination role in a highly regulated industry (e.g. travel, finance, health, insurance) or in a process improvement role. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable coordinating across multi-country teams and matrixed organizations. Familiarity with digital platforms, legal documentation, and change management. Experience in or knowledge of travel, e-commerce, or tourism industries.
