
HR Process Expert (2 Years Contract)

- Own and manage one of the HR sub-workstreams for HR projects (NGBA) that drive strategic initiatives and align with the organization's long-term goals.
- Undertake a specific role during the project phase and act as an HR process expert, focusing on HR systems setup, employee data migration, validation of payroll results, and other HR processes and practices. Ensure that projects within the HR domain are effectively designed, executed, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Accountable for implementing deliverables based on the project scope, acting as a bridge between local HR practices and global standards, and partnering with regional and global process, technology and system experts.
- Lead the design and development of HR project strategies that align with organizational objectives and respond to HR-specific needs.
- Define HR systems setup requirements, employee data migration approaches, and other project deliverables based on project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee HR workstreams deliverables timeline and ensure on-time in full delivery based on project scope to achieve the right outcome. Perform risk analyses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure value management & benefits tracking pre-during-post project implementation and ensure business case is achieved, otherwise to adjust benefits based on circumstance / outcome.
- Serve as a HR focal point during project phase in HR processes (e.g., Employee master data, workforce management and HR information technology & system interfaces) to provide insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Based on the project scope; to understand and provide guidance or recommendation on the system and interface requirements, business process needs and identify the interdependencies during project rollout.
- Advise project teams on best practices, methodologies, and compliance requirements related to HR processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within HR projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders across HR and other functions to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
- Facilitate discussions to gather input, address concerns, and ensure that project objectives meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between HR project teams and executive leadership, effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR project management and HR services.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and support the organization's strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and encouraging collaboration among HR teams.
- Tertiary education, minimum Bachelor of degree in HR, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or projects, or a related area, with a focus on specific HR topics on HR master data, workforce management and/or HR information technology & system interfaces.
- Proven experience in leading HR projects, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to drive project success.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making and project evaluation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices relevant to the specific topic area (e.g., HR master data, workforce management and/or HR information technology & system interfaces. etc.).
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as applied to HR initiatives.
- Strong ability to leverage data analytics to drive insights and inform project decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in speaking and written English. Knowledge of any other language is advantageous.
