Company / Employee Engagement Support the organization of activities and events. 5. Policy & Compliance Aid in drafting and updating HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws. 6. Learning & Development Support and manage the training activities of the company. 7. Employee Engagement Support all the employee activities and company events. Administrative Responsibilities 1. Office Management Assist with the maintenance of office supplies and equipment. 2. Documentation Help in filing and organizing company documents and records. 3. Scheduling Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Your Qualifications Requirements 1. Candidate is required to work from August until end of November 2025. 2. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration 3. Strong interest in a career in human resources and administration. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Canva. 7.
