Diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role would be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Proficiency in AutoCount is preferred
Strong attention to details and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

TanggungjawabData Entry and Record Maintenance

Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, claims and payments.

Transaction Processing

Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ensure alignment with general ledger

Financial Reporting and Compliance

Assist in the preparation of internal reports and summaries
Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations
Support audits by providing relevant financial documentation

Communication and Coordination

Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
Check, organise, and distribute finance related documents (invoices, receipts, statements)

Administrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks within the department as required
