About the Job The role mainly encompasses content creation and content writing, in support of providing the necessary support to the digital asset team in the department. Support SEO off-site and on-site. Lead the ideation, development, and execution of compelling content for various platforms including social media, website, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Oversee and implement on-site and off-site Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to optimize content and site structure. Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure cohesive content strategies that align with company-wide objectives. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Other responsibilities entailed. The Person: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Business Administration and/or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field. Advance knowledge on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and analysing marketing metrics. Possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently. Willing to learn and adapt to challenging environment. High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
