We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the market.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in ERP / Accounting software.
Flexibility to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.
