  • Diploma or equivalent qualification required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with relevant language skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish/ Portuguese/ German is essential (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive customer support in Spanish/ Portuguese /German via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference and analysis.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to products or services, escalating complex problems to senior support staff or technical teams as needed.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests.
  • Translate and interpret documents and communications between English and Spanish/Portuguese/German to facilitate effective communication across different teams and departments.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service knowledge base by creating and updating FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other support materials in multiple languages.
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and complaints to management, providing valuable insights for product and service improvements.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and language proficiency.
