Duties And Responsibilities Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include private hospitals C-suites and understand the hospitals business direction Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies. To implement procedures, policies and standards as issued by Management Executive Board for the key accounts. To ensure that appropriate and effective consultative relationships are established and maintained in the hospitals and that excellent relations are maintained with key personnel in hospitals in order that existing business opportunities are maximized. Develop strong KOLs relationship and identification of upcoming doctors for business continuity Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and promotion Identify and call on existing and prospective customers to understand and meet customers' needs through targeted selling To maintain and enhance relationships with all division entities and support units within the organization Periodic review of key accounts with the Divisional and Business Unit managers to ensure that operational activities his/her assigned hospitals are undertaken effectively Operational reporting and provision of hospitals intelligence to the Divisional Managers and Business Units Managers Provide monthly reports on key account development and activities. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions / best practices Professional competencies Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree preferably of Science in Business Administration (focus on sales, marketing, and customer relationship management) At least 5 - 7 years sales and marketing experience as a Key Account Manager within the healthcare industry. Experience in medical devices company preferred. Experience in hospital management and asset procurement Knowledge of hospital organization and funding sources Personal competencies Innovative, aggressive and self-motivated with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people Work independently with minimum supervision Good presentation skills and computer literate Excellent spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions / best practices Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations What We Offer Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
