#LI-GM SN585 WO#3 Shared Platform Job Title: System Analyst - RPA (Blue Prism) Domain: Shared Platform Years of Experience: Junior L2 (3-5 years) Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior System Analyst to support our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives within the Shared Platform domain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, working closely with RPA developers and business stakeholders to deliver efficient automation solutions using tools like Blue Prism. This role demands strong analytical skills and a good understanding of system workflows and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate requirements into BRD (Business Requirement Document), PDD (Process Design Document), and FSD (Functional Specification Document). Collaborate with RPA Developers to ensure clarity of requirements and feasibility of automation solutions. Support solution design and perform system analysis for RPA workflows. Participate in UAT and support test planning and execution. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to users and support teams. Continuously liaise with business teams for feedback and improvement opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: Must Have: 3-5 years of experience in a System Analyst role. Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation (BRD/PDD/FSD). Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server environments. Good knowledge of .NET, SQL, and Java for understanding integration points and backend processes. Experience working in Open Systems environments. Good to Have: Hands-on or conceptual understanding of RPA platforms like Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere (AA). Exposure to RPA lifecycle and delivery frameworks. Knowledge of RPA best practices and exception handling.
