We are hiring within our Shared Platform team: System Analyst (min. 4 years experience) Senior System Analyst (min. 6 years experience) You will work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant enterprise solutions, primarily using OpenText AppWorks , Java , and MS SQL Server . Key Responsibilities Collaborate with ent erprise and solution architects to deliver compliant application solutions . Drive proof-of-concepts and plan upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance efforts. Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery. Ensure quality testing and support during testing phases. Engage system vendors to clarify requirements and ensure end-to-end delivery. Address and resolve functional issues and ensure knowledge transfer to technical teams. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 4- 6 years of experience in business process or technology implementations. Proficient in OpenText AppWorks, Java, and MS SQL Server. Experience with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) is a plus . Familiarity with banking processes, UI design, and AML is an advantage. Strong understanding of SDLC and requirement gathering.
