The role involves hunting for leads in key states based on LAAS priority, with a focus on expanding GrabFood in southern key states, particularly Johor Bahru (JB). The responsibilities include leveraging expertise and understanding of the local market landscape to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Key tasks include: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Conducting regular calls to leads and offering GrabFood solutions. Providing reports to the manager regularly or as requested. Identifying and closing opportunities within assigned southern cities. Entering lead information and converting it in Salesforce. Building rapport with customers in a tele-business environment. Ensuring proper servicing of assigned accounts. Upselling solutions to existing GrabFood clients. Assisting with hunting activities to meet lead generation expectations. Job Requirements: The position requires the following qualifications: At least 6 months of experience in a B2B sales or telesales environment. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs). Prior experience handling corporate clients in Malaysia is preferred.
