We're hiring a Senior Sales Analyst to support end-to-end post-sales activities for the hard commodity business, including contract execution, invoicing, payment coordination, and ERP inputs. This role bridges commercial and operational functions to ensure smooth revenue conversion and enhanced customer experience.
  • Analyze and manage sales data to generate accurate and insightful reports for the sales team.
  • Support the preparation and review of sales contracts and other related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and tracking systems for efficient data retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Assist in monitoring customer accounts and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.
Support international trade in a global commodities businessWork cross-functionally with sales, finance, and logistics teamsA successful Senior Sales Analyst should have:
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Commercial experience in sales operations or a similar administrative role. Experience in International Trade and Hard Commodities is a big plus!
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data and documentation.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry is an added advantage.
