
Senior Sales Analyst - Global Industrial Commodity

- Analyze and manage sales data to generate accurate and insightful reports for the sales team.
- Support the preparation and review of sales contracts and other related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and tracking systems for efficient data retrieval.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Assist in monitoring customer accounts and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Commercial experience in sales operations or a similar administrative role. Experience in International Trade and Hard Commodities is a big plus!
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data and documentation.
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry is an added advantage.
