
Telesales Senior Analyst

- Contact existing or potential bank customer(s) via telephony system approved & provided by the UOBM to inform them about a product or service guided by script(s) provided.
- Provide the customer with information about the products or services in order to create customer(s)’ interest in the brand
- Acquire new customers by generating leads via cold calls in accordance to the bank’s guidelines on customer acquisition;
- Follow up with prospective customers to ensure successful conversion of prospects into customers;
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customers base and conduct follow ups as necessary;
- Ensure all records are updated and maintained in the system accurately and timely;
- Provide support to Relationship Managers/Branch Heads/Senior Management in any ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field;
- Excellent command of English language – verbal and written;
- Good communication skills;
- Confident, positive attitude, well groomed and pleasant personality;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Independent, proactive and self motivated;
- Team player;
- Possess good customer service mindset;
- Knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel would be added advantage.
