Responsibilities Engage with warm leads from the marketing team and guide potential customers through the sales process. Build trust with homeowners by focusing on the service and long-term benefits of our product. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions. Provide detailed consultations to help customers understand how solar fits into their energy and financial goals. Work closely with the installation and project teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects. Man project sites occasionally to oversee progress and provide customers with updates. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (solar/energy experience is NOT required). Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to educate and guide customers Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel to customer homes and project sites as needed. A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage leads and referrals effectively.
