Are you passionate about transforming data into powerful business solutions We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Manager/Consultant, Pre-Sales (Data Analytics) to shape and deliver data-driven value propositions that leverage our full product portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of client engagements and driving analytical opportunities from concept to execution. Here&aposs How You Will Add Value Pre-Sales Client Engagements Own client engagements and collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs. Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to prospective clients Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellting of data analytics offerings. Participate in client discovery sessions and workshops to refine business requirements. Ensure effective communication of the value and capabilities of analytical solutions to clients and sales teams Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting and adopting the most appropriate analytics solutions. Cross Functional Collaboration Understand the value of data and advanced analytics propositions and how they help financial institutions, telecommunications and insurance companies achieve their objectives. Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies, solution demos, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with client insights and market trends. Participate in defining and refining offerings that align with customer needs and maximise the use of the company's product portfolio. Maintain a deep understanding of the latest market and industry trends, as well as data analytics technologies. Performance & Pipeline Tracking Track pre-sales activities, success rates and client feedback for continuous improvement. Contribute to forecasting and sales pipeline planning by providing insights on solution complexity and delivery feasibility, and deal strategy development. What you&aposll need to succeed: Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline Work Experience 8+ years of proven experience in pre-sales, risk and product management, consulting, or data analytics with focus on leveraging data to optimize performance and drive meaningful benefits Domain expertise in financial services, credit or fintech sector is essential Experience collaborating with sales teams and working in client-facing environments Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of analytics and data science concepts and business intelligence tools Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels Ability to develop tailored demos, proposals, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative and client-centric approach Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly collaborative Able to manage multiple engagements and timeline in a fast-paced environment Able to mentor and manage teams Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Show more Show less
