Job Description : Develop business plan and sales strategy Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track, and if not, recommend solutions/action plan for rectification Supervise Senior Team Manager (STM) & Team Sales Manager (TSM) to ensure STM & TSM implement action plans and meet activity standards Foster team environment, high performance culture, encourage best practice sharing and good sales ethics Train, coach and mentor STM/TSM to be future ASM Ensure smooth operation and running of sales centre Oversee Admin Executives (AE) and Personal Assistant (PA) to manage daily sales operation and administration Resolve issues hindering sales Supervise TSM to achieve compliance and service target Strengthen alliances with internal and external stakeholders to continuously understand banking business and industry trends Work closely with Group Human Resource in articulating business needs and provide holistic human capital solutions To provide work related training as and when required, i.e. Product, Selling Skills, Compliance & etc To cascade down important notice and information to the sales team under purview
