Monitoring High standard quality of food at all stages from mise en place to final platting; Ensuring and execute daily task. Include, daily cleaning task, prep, ordering and execution. Ensure conformity and maintenance of all tools, equipment and work area. Ensure how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays. Monitoring all cooks performance and personal hygiene. Preparing, seasoning and cooked food is all up to standard. Train, explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations. Kitchen staff discipline and personal hygiene. Job Requirements SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields. Candidate should possess at least 1 year working experience in Japanese cuisine or western cuisine or both. Ability to work under pressure and to meet operation target. Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good attitude, respectful and responsible character.
