We're here to better our world with biology. In This Role You'll Make An Impact By Conduct laboratory experiments following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot analytical challenges and support the optimization of enzyme applications in oils and fats processing. Basic understanding in Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis and other analytical techniques to support Oils & Fats technical service activities. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to provide lab-based technical support for enzyme applications in oils and fats processing. To Succeed You Must Hold Bachelor's or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in oils & fats technology are encouraged to apply! Hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis (academic or internship experience is a plus). Strong understanding of GLP and laboratory safety practices. Excellent technical writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
