TanggungjawabSales Leadership & Funnel Development
  • Lead a team responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing full
sales cycles across a portfolio of service offerings.
  • Ensure minimum daily outbound activity, with proper CRM documentation and opportunity
follow-up.
  • Guide the team in handling customexr inquiries-offering consultative advice.
  • Promote digital sales tools across accounts, aligning with commercial strategy and funnel
targets.Stakeholder Management & Alignment
  • Act as key liaison between sales/marketing stakeholders and inside sales operations.
  • Participate in regular syncs with client-side leadership to align expectations, relay performance
trends, and address escalations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional units (e.g., client marketing, training, QA, CRM ops) to ensure
consistent delivery and visibility.
  • Build credibility through data-driven reporting, strategic insights, and responsiveness to client
needs.Team Enablement & Coaching
  • Monitor and drive team KPIs including outreach volumes, pipeline hygiene, wins, and CRM
compliance.
  • Deliver structured feedback, conduct coaching sessions, and guide professional development
using QA inputs and performance analytics.
  • Partner with the training function to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning programs.
  • Foster a high-motivation, results-driven environment focused on outcomes and service
excellence.Operational Excellence & Process Ownership
  • Implement and refine outbound prospecting SOPs that meet quality standards.• Conduct reviews, and weekly funnel hygiene checkpoints to ensure data integrity and opportunity win velocity. • Champion process improvement initiatives aligned to Quality Management System, driving consistency and innovation. • Support executive leadership on special initiatives tied to sales acceleration, CRM effectiveness, and delivery frameworks.
