Organizes and conducts classes and individual meetings to demonstrate how the organization's products and services contribute to the maintenance and improvement of health and/or the management of specific disease and physical conditions.Duties and responsibilities

Provide consultation on current and potential clinical issues based on the latest Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG).
Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to optimize patient care and safety.
Advise on the effective utilization of our products.
Work closely with the marketing unit to create customized training tools.
Design and develop training modules for both internal and external customers.
Conduct product application and process training sessions for internal staff.
Identify and nurture safety advocates within hospital settings.
Serve as an internal safety educator and champion.
Evaluate product utilization to ensure proper usage and maximize benefits.
Analyze clinical processes to enhance patient outcomes.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations.
Recommend strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in customer processes.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing (SEM) team to differentiate our products from competitors.
Educate and support Sales Managers (SaM) on clinical processes and product applications.
Organize and conduct classes and individual meetings to demonstrate how our products contribute to health maintenance and disease management.

Professional competencies

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, preferably registered nurse
Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical field
Minimum 3 years' experience in teaching session / continuous nursing education

Personal competencies

Work independently with minimum supervision, proactive, committed and result oriented team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Knowledge of hospital organization - Nursing
