About the Job In this position, you will be a customer-facing clinical specialist, assisting surgeons regarding usage of the technical surgical equipment. You will be an important part of the customer support system, providing expertise to healthcare professionals and introducing new technologies to the market. Job Responsibilities: Regular field visits to healthcare professionals (doctors and nurses) in hospitals Supporting surgical cases in the operating theatre - this is a position where you will have to be present for scheduled surgeries, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for the equipment and machinery. Engaging customers in conversations and sharing scientific data, medical education, and keeping HCPs informed on treatments for the benefit of their patients. Arranging Continuous Medical Education (CME) events and promoting scientific discussions. Conducting workshops and product demonstrations. Working with the marketing team to execute campaigns and brand strategy, especially with new product launches or product updates. Keeping yourself up to date with the latest technologies in the market, competitor products, and scientific developments. Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer service levels are met. Job Requirements: 2-3 years of medical device sales or clinical support experience, especially with surgical products (orthopaedics, cardiovascular/coronary, neurosurgery, general surgery) Bachelor's Degree in biomedical science, biotechnology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related degree People-oriented and having strong interpersonal skills Technically sound, and willing to develop yourself as a technical expert.
