- Overseeing the receiving, storing, and tracking of fresh fruit inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Implementing inventory control measures to track and monitor fresh fruits inventory movements accurately.
- Planning and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distribution of fresh fruits .
- Ensuring efficient workflow and optimizing warehouse layout for maximum productivity.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure the freshness and integrity of the fruit throughout the storage and distribution process.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of fresh fruit inventory.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address any discrepancies
- Leading and supervising warehouse team Managing team members performance
- Effectively manage team members behaviour and conduct.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
- Develop and implement food safety and hygiene standards, polices and processes based on HACCP standards.
- Implementing food safety and hygiene control measures to ensure the freshness and integrity of the fruits receiving, storage , packing and distribution process.

- Implementing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for the warehouse.
- Collaborating with operations/logistics and sales teams to coordinate timely deliveries and to optimize transportation routes for efficient distribution fruits stock.
- Resolving any customer inquiries or issues related to warehouse operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Scheduling regular inspections and servicing to prevent downtime.
- Working closely with sales and operations teams to address any issues related to product quality, delivery schedules, or customer inquiries.
- Ensure all team members comply to the Companys EHS policy and standards.
- Conducting regular communication sessions to ensure all employees understand their obligations and responsibilities regarding EHS.
- Conducting regular inspections, audits, and assessments to identify any deviations or non-compliance issues.
- Take appropriate corrective actions and to maintain accountability and adherence to EHS guidelines.
- Monitoring and controlling warehouse expenses, such as labor costs, equipment maintenance, and utilities.
- Implementing cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency.
