- Work together with Field Service Managers, Outage Managers and Field Service Coordinators to execute outage tool planning via Saviom, Salesforce Lightning, SAP and TCTP for the Siemens Energy Asia-Pacific market
- Drive the integration of paperless service execution, data driven maintenance and utilization of the latest technologies in service execution
- Prepare tool offer costing reports
- Prepare tool support documents
- Shipping and receiving of Tools to/from Jobsites
- Prepare billing input
- University degree or higher education level, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Generation or Oil & Gas Engineering background
- 3 - 5 years of experience working in a Field Maintenance environment, preferably in the Energy or Oil & Gas Sector, preferably with exposure to both, On-Site Execution and Project Management/ Back-Office
- Experience in Resource Management is an additional advantage
- Experience in implementing/ administrating industrial software applications based on Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office software will be beneficial
- Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and focus on problem solving in a complex environment collaborating with international teams
- Possess problem analytical and solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - fluent English (written / oral), interpersonal skills
