Language skills: Conversational Mandarin + good spoken & written English/Bahasa Malaysia Sales versatility: Comfortable with both indoor showroom sales (walk in customers, WhatsApp enquiries) and outdoor B2B field visits (ID studios, project sites, retail dealers). Product aptitude: Able to measure, recommend, and upsell complete wall & floor solutions, including basic site measurements, material take offs, and colour coordination.
