Grow and service a portfolio of IDs, renovation contractors, and regional dealers conduct regular product updates, sample drops, and joint client presentations. Handle walk in homeowners consult on design themes, prepare quotations, close sales, and coordinate installation schedules with the ops team. Take accurate site measurements, advise on substrate preparation, and liaise with installers to ensure smooth hand over. Monitor competitor pricing/collections; feed back trends to the merchandising team for range improvement. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years sales experience in soft furnishings or interior finishings (wallpaper, curtains/blinds, vinyl/SPC/LVT flooring, carpets) Proven track record selling to interior designers (IDs), renovation contractors, or d cor wholesalers/dealers. Conversational Mandarin + good spoken & written English/Bahasa Malaysia Comfortable with both indoor showroom sales (walk in customers, WhatsApp enquiries) and outdoor B2B field visits (ID studios, project sites, retail dealers). Able to measure, recommend, and upsell complete wall & floor solutions, including basic site measurements, material take offs, and colour coordination. Target driven, well organised, willing to learn new collections fast, and able to work some Saturdays for showroom duty or roadshows.
