A Recruitment Consultant position has been made available and we welcome people from various backgrounds and industries to join us. The Adecco group is one of the largest publicly traded global organization and industry leader in the Human Resource Service Provider function.This position is commissionable and the incentives are the highest in the recruitment market.About the Recruitment Consultant Position:Adecco is expanding within multiple portfolios: (Engineering & Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Property & Construction, Marketing, etc.) in line with the growing permanent recruitment function - we offer the busiest desks for those who seek transparent growth opportunities.In Adecco Malaysia, we come from a multicultural background with a strong knowledge focusing on unparalleled services and accurate information to our clients who are mostly, the global industry leaders. You will work with a team of experts who are mainly from various industries and foster relationships with new and existing clients whilst promoting the Adecco Personnel brand through business development and networking activities.Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities and understand clients' business strategy, culture and effectively interpret their unique requirements.
Lead and develop both short and long-term recruitment strategies as well as providing quality services and results
Assess candidate's skills and experience, their career/personal goals and suitability for the position
Manage candidates' expectation and aspirations ensuring they are align with their own career goals and cultural fit.
Construct long-term and trusted relationships with both potential and existing clients.
Identify and provide consultation to a large network of talents with on both account of immediate and long-term career aspirations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and client's expectations to bridge the gaps between the talents and their organizations.

To be successful in this role, you must have the enthusiasm and an independent approach, possess strong charismatic skills, an ability to flourish in an ever-changing environment, being “street-smart” to navigate amongst the challenges, a desire to be successful and ultimately, add value to our client's human capital.Key Requirements:

Two to three years' professional work experience in any industries
Successful sales and/or business development background with a passion for recruitment technologies are welcomed to apply
Strong communication skills and a positive behavior.
