- Identify opportunities and understand clients' business strategy, culture and effectively interpret their unique requirements.
- Lead and develop both short and long-term recruitment strategies as well as providing quality services and results
- Assess candidate's skills and experience, their career/personal goals and suitability for the position
- Manage candidates' expectation and aspirations ensuring they are align with their own career goals and cultural fit.
- Construct long-term and trusted relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Identify and provide consultation to a large network of talents with on both account of immediate and long-term career aspirations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and client's expectations to bridge the gaps between the talents and their organizations.
- Two to three years' professional work experience in any industries
- Successful sales and/or business development background with a passion for recruitment technologies are welcomed to apply
- Strong communication skills and a positive behavior.
