Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities and understand clients' business strategy, culture and effectively interpret their unique requirements. Lead and develop both short and long-term recruitment strategies as well as providing quality services and results Assess candidate's skills and experience, their career/personal goals and suitability for the position Manage candidates' expectation and aspirations ensuring they are align with their own career goals and cultural fit. Construct long-term and trusted relationships with both potential and existing clients. Identify and provide consultation to a large network of talents with on both account of immediate and long-term career aspirations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and client's expectations to bridge the gaps between the talents and their organizations. To be successful in this role, you must have the enthusiasm and an independent approach, possess strong charismatic skills, an ability to flourish in an ever-changing environment, being 'street-smart' to navigate amongst the challenges, a desire to be successful and ultimately, add value to our client's human capital.
